Welcome to Cradld

Cradld is a wellness app. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Cradld is (and is not)

Cradld is a wellness app. It provides emotional support, mood tracking, breathing exercises, and connection with other parents through every chapter of the family-building journey, from planning and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and loss.

Cradld is not a hospital, clinic, or regulated health professional. It is not a Health Information Custodian under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) or any equivalent provincial health-sector legislation. Cradld does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical or mental health condition.

Cradld is not a substitute for professional medical advice or professional support. It is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or your local emergency number.

Crisis resources

If you are struggling, please reach out. You do not have to go through this alone.

  • 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (US) - call or text 988, available 24/7.
  • Talk Suicide Canada - call 1-833-456-4566, available 24/7.
  • Postpartum Support International (PSI) - call 1-800-944-4773 or text 503-894-9453.
  • Share Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support - call 1-800-821-6819.

These resources are operated by independent organizations. In a crisis, always call 911 or your local emergency number first.

AI companion

Our AI companion is designed to listen, validate, and offer supportive responses. It is powered by artificial intelligence and is not a licensed professional. It may make mistakes. It cannot assess conditions, recommend care, or provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Your Village and voice rooms

Cradld includes village spaces and voice rooms where parents can connect with each other. By participating, you agree to:

  • Respect - treat everyone with kindness. This community includes people navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives.
  • Confidentiality - what is shared in village spaces and voice rooms stays there. Do not share other people's stories outside of Cradld.
  • No recording - you may not record voice rooms or any live sessions. Doing so is a violation of these terms and the trust of your community.
  • Sensitivity - members may be sharing about loss, fertility challenges, or postpartum struggles. Lead with compassion and take care with your words.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you share on Cradld. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (for example, sending your messages to the AI for a response). We do not use your content for marketing or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

Cradld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cradld is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: reliance on AI-generated responses, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data including chat history, mood entries, and profile information. This cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Stripe before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

Provider directory

The Cradld directory aggregates publicly available information about regulated and certified perinatal providers from provincial regulatory colleges and professional associations. The directory is provided for informational purposes only.

  • Not an endorsement. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement by Cradld of any provider's services, qualifications, or clinical competence. We do not independently verify clinical skills, malpractice history, or current practice status.
  • Public source data. We aggregate listing data from public registers maintained by regulatory colleges and associations such as the College of Midwives of Ontario, the Midwives Association of BC, Postpartum Support International, and others. Listings may contain errors or be out of date.
  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for verifying a provider's current licence, registration status, and credentials directly with the relevant regulator before making any healthcare decisions.
  • No medical advice. Nothing in the directory constitutes medical advice. Use it to discover providers, not to replace professional medical consultation.
  • Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cradld will not be liable for any harm arising from reliance on directory information, including but not limited to inaccurate contact details, outdated registration status, or errors in provider data.
  • Take-down and correction process. Providers and members of the public may request correction or removal of a listing by emailing directory@cradld.com or using the “Report a problem” link on any listing page. We review requests within 5 business days and resolve valid requests within 14 days.
  • Our discretion. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
